Our RIBA qualified architects provide a tailored service through all work stages from briefing and concept design through to site management and project completion. As an architectural led design and build company we look to create stunning living spaces, beautifully designed & carefully planned to maximise the potential of each project we take on.

We see the design process as very much a partnership with our clients and each project we take on is meticulously tailored to our client’s needs and aspirations as well as style and budget.

Key to our designs is buildability and construction costs are continually reviewed during the design stages to ensure budget is maintained throughout. By doing this we can offer build cost visibility for our clients right from the beginning of the project to ensure there are no nasty surprises along the way.

With excellent relationship with local councils we pride ourselves on maintaining a 90% success rate for planning applications in London.

Construction

Fundamental to any successful renovation is having a skilled build team and at Lowell we have taken our time to develop a core team of experienced artisan builders. Each of our projects have their own site manager who ensures timelines are maintained and providing all of the necessary quality control checks along the way.

As a boutique, service driven design and build team we only take on a limited number of projects at the same time to ensure that each project is correctly managed and properly resourced which ensure that all our projects have a very high quality finish and are on time and budget.

All of our team are fully qualified using only NICEIC electricians and Gas Safe plumbers.

Interiors.

At Lowell we believe that the interiors should be fully integrated part of the architectural design process and is considered in the brief at the early stages of the project.

Our ethos is simple – with many designers the design process is about “them”, at Lowell it’s all about the client. Each of our projects are unique and fully reflects the character and requirements of each client.

We understand that interior design can have a profound impact on the way we live and our well-being and while this is forefront to our approach, we are also very focused on enhancing value through good design and ensure budgets are utilised effectively.
